Assessment Process

Pre-Assessment
-Contact is made by the customer requesting a Security Assessment.
-Skorpion will ask standard questions to formulate a quotation (company size, no of employees, industry served, locations)
-A formal Quotation will be sent to the customer
-Customer Accepts Quotation by submitting a Purchase Order
-A assessment package will be sent to the customer. The package will include a Contract, Scope of Work statement and a Non Disclosure Agreement. Once received and signed an Off Site Assessment will be scheduled.

Off-Site Assessment
-Online Meeting with the principals/introduction, Discuss there concerns, Discuss Skorpion Security's procedures, Answer questions.
-Parking Lot, Building lot survey
-Exterior Building Survey
-Utility Access point Survey
-Roof Survey  (Height Restricted)
-Interior Survey -Office to Office
-Computer/Server rooms
-Alarm/ Fire control rooms
-Utility Rooms-Telephone Exchange
-Security Procedures / Manual Reviewed

Analyst/Evaluation
-Survey results evaluated
-Risk Triangle Formed
-Satellite Analyses
-Blueprint Analysis
-Countermeasures, Security Plan created

Final Report
-Findings are summarized and presented to the customer. Including recommended countermeasures and security plan.

Follow Up Audit
- Skorpion Security will perform a follow up 60 days after the final report to confirm countermeasures are in place.
